| Thomas Pare P.T., A.T., C. Physical Therapist Certified Athletic Trainer
Mr. Pare has been practicing physical therapy for nearly 20 years . He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1984. During his four years at UCONN he apprenticed as an athletic trainer working with the varsity and junior varsity teams in division I athletics. Upon graduation and obtaining his license Mr. Pare followed in his fathers footsteps and began working in private orthopedic outpatient clinics. In 1989 Mr. Pare opened Post Road Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Clinic. Since graduating he Mr. Pare began specializing in manual therapy techniques. This has allowed him to focus on helping people of all ages, the youngest being 6 days to the oldest at 99 years.
With his skills in manual therapies Mr. Pare has specialized in treating people with chronic pain and disabilities that come from injuries, disease or dysfunctions. He has had great success with complaints of headaches/migraines, neck and back pain, chronic pain, lymphadema, post surgical rehabilitation, neurological pain, soft tissue restrictions and dysfunctions this is a short list of the many areas and problems that can be helped. Mr. Pare looks forward to working with people each day to decrease their pain and restore their function in their daily lives.
